Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement instructional materials for effective learning. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs. • Develop learning objectives and ensure content matches these objectives. • Revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs. • Structure content and activities for optimizing learning. • Develop assessments and measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs. • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process. • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) • Maintain project documentation and course folders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. • Proven working experience in instructional design. • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models. • Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge. • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard. • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts. • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: • Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field. • Experience with learning management systems. • Knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System. • Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. • Familiarity with mobile learning and e-learning strategies. • Creative and innovative thinker, able to design engaging learning experiences. • Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.,
